1. If you already know that some of your equipment requires repair, please add this product to your cart for the number of items needing repairs before checking out.
2. If we identify additional issues with your equipment upon arrival, we’ll contact you before proceeding with repairs.
3. You’ll have the option to approve any additional fees before work begins.
4. If your tool is beyond repair, we can return it as-is or dispose of it at your request.
